I am in the process of looking for a job in specific industry. ManagerCrossing.com is highly advertised, so I decided to give it a try. Their site was easy to follow, quick and I got the results that I was looking for. You can enter any number of search criteria, but the less the better, or you may discard manager jobs you may have been interested in.
